Can I change or cancel my order?
As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this deadline will be denied. However, your order may be returned for a full refund once you have received it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal payments and payments through Klarna.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. During holidays and sales periods, it may take a little longer to process your order. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order and are shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship packages on weekends.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, it may take between 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of it being shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.
